About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their full potential
- Brings patience, positivity and resilience, with the ability to remain calm and professional when supporting pupils with a range of needs
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths and is committed to further developing their skills through professional learning and training opportunities
- Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities

Role information:
- This is a permanent position, working 31.25 hours a week, Term Time Only - start date: 02/11/2026
- We are also looking for somebody to work 25 hours per week over 4 days, term time only, the actual salary for this post is £14,520, start date: 02/11/26
