About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised People Operations Co-ordinator to join our People team and help deliver an outstanding employee experience across our schools and academies.

In this varied and rewarding role, you'll provide high-quality operational and administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring our people processes are accurate, efficient and delivered with a strong customer focus. From onboarding to contract changes, maintaining employee records and supporting day-to-day HR administration, you'll play a vital role in helping our schools support and retain talented colleagues.

Working closely with school leaders, Office Managers and colleagues across the Trust, you'll build trusted relationships and provide responsive, professional support while ensuring compliance with Trust policies, employment legislation and safeguarding requirements. Your excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will help ensure our People services run smoothly and effectively.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings energy, commitment and creativity to their work

• Builds positive relationships and works well in a team

• Has excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of MS Office

• Has a good standard of education (5 x GCSE’s or equivalent– English & Maths grade C 4 or above) and a willingness to work towards Level 3 HR related qualification 

• Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
