Wellsway School and IKB Academy is seeking a motivated, organised and values driven Administration Assistant (Resources) to support our resources and administration teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work together as part of a team providing essential support across our schools.

You’ll join colleagues who work collaboratively to create a positive, inclusive learning environment where staff and pupils thrive together. This is a 0.4 WTE role.  

Specific roles will include: 

Supporting the day to day running of the Resources Room, including: 

Monitoring and prioritising printing requests  

Day to day printing and collation of all work to be printed 

Monitoring all copiers on site at Wellsway School and IKB Academy, ensuring necessary supplies are replenished and providing or contracting technical support where necessary 

Supporting communication with staff and external suppliers, including enquiries relating to resources and supplies 

Assisting with and completing other reprographics and Resources Room tasks to support the Resources Manager  

Carrying out general school administration, reception/front of house duties as and when required.

Role information: 

This is a fixed term, part time position. Starting on 01/09/2026 and ending on 31/08/2027

Thursday and Friday either 7.30 – 3.30pm or 8.00am – 4pm
